Argan Oil Wholesale Supply for Recurring Orders

Wholesale supply is for buyers who will order again: brands with steady sell-through, distributors holding stock for their own customers and manufacturers running argan oil across several SKUs.

How wholesale supply differs from a one-off bulk purchase

A one-off bulk order is priced and shipped on its own. A wholesale account is planned: we agree a forecast, a release pattern and the documentation that travels with every lot, so each reorder behaves like the last.

The practical benefit for your team is predictability — fewer re-qualifications, fewer surprises in colour or odour between lots, and a single point of contact who already knows your specification.

How a recurring supply account is set up

  1. 01

    Baseline specification

We record the grade, the specification you approved and the reference sample it was approved against.

  2. 02

    Volume forecast

You share an annual or quarterly estimate; we plan sourcing across direct production and approved partners accordingly.

  3. 03

    Release schedule

Orders are called off against the forecast — monthly, quarterly or on demand — with dates confirmed per release.

  4. 04

    Lot documentation

The documents agreed at setup accompany each release, so your receiving QA follows the same checklist every time.

  5. 05

    Periodic review

Forecast, packaging and documentation are reviewed together as your volumes change.

If you resell or repack

Distributors and repackers should raise these points before the first order, because they affect documentation and labeling:

  • Whether you need documents that name your company as the distributor
  • Whether lots will be repacked into smaller units at your facility
  • Which lot identifiers must appear on your downstream paperwork
  • Whether your customers require origin or supply-source disclosure

FAQ

Procurement questions

Do wholesale accounts get different pricing?

Pricing for recurring volume is quoted against your forecast and release pattern. It is provided by quotation, not published.

Can a wholesale account mix directly produced and partner-produced lots?

It can, and it will always be disclosed. Your account records which source each release came from.

What lead time should I plan for between releases?

Standard lead times from Morocco, confirmed with each quotation. Sharing your forecast early is the most reliable way to protect your dates.
