What determines a bulk argan oil quotation

Bulk argan oil is not priced from a list. A usable quotation depends on a small number of variables, and the more of them you give us up front, the fewer revision rounds you will need.

  • Grade — virgin (cold-pressed) and deodorized oils differ in processing, sensory profile and cost.
  • Quantity per shipment and expected annual volume — a single drum and a scheduled contract are sourced differently.
  • Packaging format — drum, IBC or smaller units change filling, handling and freight cost.
  • Documentation — standard specification and SDS versus lot-specific COA, origin or certification paperwork.
  • Destination and Incoterm — delivered to your dock and collected in Morocco are different quotes.
  • Supply source — whether the lot is directly produced or supplied by an approved partner is stated on the quotation.

Quantity bands we use to route your request

These are qualification ranges that help our sourcing team plan — they are not availability promises or price tiers.

  1. 01

    Sample / under 25 kg

Formulation trials, pilot batches and supplier qualification. Usually handled through the sample process first.

  2. 02

    25–99 kg

First commercial runs and small-batch producers. Packaging choice has the biggest effect on landed cost at this size.

  3. 03

    100–499 kg

Regular production volumes for brands and contract manufacturers. Lot consistency and documentation become central.

  4. 04

    500–999 kg and 1,000+ kg

Palletized shipments. Freight mode, Incoterms and scheduling are agreed together with the quotation.

  5. 05

    Recurring contract

Forecast-based supply across the year — see wholesale supply programs for how these accounts are structured.

Packaging for bulk orders

Industry-standard formats are 1–25 L jerrycans, 200 L drums and 1,000 L IBC totes; available formats confirmed with quotation.

We list packaging formats and net contents here only once they are confirmed. Tell us your preferred format and receiving constraints on the RFQ. What to specify for bulk packaging.

Before you request bulk pricing

A complete RFQ usually gets a firm answer in one round. Have these ready:

  • Intended application (leave-on, rinse-off, soap, blending, resale)
  • Grade preference, or the sensory/spec constraints that decide it
  • Quantity per order and estimated annual volume
  • Preferred packaging and any receiving constraints at your facility
  • Documents your QA or regulatory team needs before approval
  • Delivery country, state and target date

FAQ

Procurement questions

Is there a minimum order quantity for bulk argan oil?

Minimums depend on grade and packaging. Across published Moroccan exporter listings, bulk minimums typically start at a few litres; our current MOQ is confirmed on the quotation for your grade and format.

Can I get a price without submitting an RFQ?

We do not publish price lists because grade, packaging, documentation and destination all change the number. A short RFQ gives you a quotation you can use.

Will I know who produced my oil?

Yes. Every quotation states whether the lot is from our direct production or from an approved Moroccan partner.
