Virgin argan oil carries a recognisable nutty odour and golden colour. In an unfragranced face oil that may be exactly what the brand wants; in a lightly fragranced emulsion it can clash with the fragrance or read as "off" to consumers.
Deodorized grades reduce that odour. The right choice depends on your fragrance load, packaging (clear or opaque), and how prominently argan features in your claims.

Oxidation-aware handling
Like other unsaturated plant oils, argan oil is sensitive to heat, light and air exposure. Ask for the storage recommendation and peroxide value on the specification sheet, and plan for headspace and storage conditions once drums are opened at your plant.
